The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chaophraya River hosted the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2024, a grand celebration honoring the most outstanding real estate developers, projects, and agents in the region. This event is recognized as one of the most prestigious award ceremonies in Southeast Asia and has become a significant gathering platform for real estate professionals.

Over 350 attendees experienced a night of luxury and entertainment, highlighted by a mini-concert from special guest Burin Boonvisut and a spectacular fireworks display over the Chao Phraya River illuminating the sky above Bangkok.

The major award of the evening went to RLC Residences from the Philippines, which won the Developer of the Year award, affirming its leadership in the Philippine real estate sector. This grand gala also brought together key figures, influencers, and creative thinkers in the real estate industry, serving as a platform to honor and celebrate the remarkable achievements of developers and agents who play a crucial role in transforming the real estate market in Southeast Asia.

RLC Residences, as Developer of the Year, took home a total of five awards, including the Special Recognition Award for Innovation for developing future digital innovations like the myRLC Home app. This significant achievement reflects RLC Residences' commitment to delivering high-quality projects filled with innovation and sustainable development that transforms the residential landscape in the Philippines.
